About Edie Roth
This past year, Edie managed over $20,000,000 in transactions. She is in the top 1% of all Westchester agents, is the #1 agent in the Village of Mamaroneck, and an award winning agent in the Houlihan Lawrence Larchmont office. Her experience includes representing sellers, buyers and leasing. She is well versed in local code, building, flood zone and tax related issues.
Prior to real estate, Edie focused on community service. She served as the President of the Mamaroneck Schools Foundation. Additional volunteer work includes PTA Co-President at Central Elementary School, Executive Committee at the Hommocks Middle School, Steering Committee for the Larchmont-Mamaroneck Hunger Task Force and Board of the Larchmont Student Aid Fund. Edie also served two terms on the Board of Directors for Orienta Beach Club.
Edie's professional business background includes management roles at Playtex Family Products and Ogilvy and Mather, where she oversaw several multi-million dollar packaged goods products. Her strong business background in pricing, branding, positioning and marketing large businesses supports her real estate success. She is known for her negotiating skills, speed and results.
Edie attended Vassar College. She lives in Orienta, a section of Mamaroneck with her husband Rick. When not in the office, you'll find Edie walking her new and much loved dog "Steve". She is a 11 year participant in the 39 mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Her family belongs to Larchmont Temple and Orienta Beach Club.
